Marada is an accomplished girl in and out of the ring. She came to us in 2013 when we inherited her from a dear friend. She has a sweet but sassy attitude and is smart as a tack! We affectionately call her "Houdini" since she constantly uses her mind to figure out locks and doors. She will work on a lock until she figures it out, then she lets herself and her friends out to play in the barn or pasture. She challenges her human partners in-hand and under saddle to stay "in the moment" and focused. If she senses her person's attention has wandered she will gently remind them through a nudge of her nose or she will stop her movement and wait. She loves attention and to be groomed and loved upon. She is curious and very attuned, and we find her in the middle of our circles listening, watching, and holding space for our guests.

Piper came to us as a two year old rescue with no training. Tina spent a year and a half bonding, gentling, and training her. She is our alpha mare - the leader of our herd. She is wise beyond her years with a can-do attitude, if she knows you mean what you say. Not much fazes Piper, and she takes time to think through situations. She loves to partner with young children and is very patient and attentive. With adults and teens, she is cautiously welcoming, giving her partner the chance to prove themselves to her. With Piper, guests must bring their true selves to the partnership.

Jasmine is our driving and riding horse. She is a rescue from a slaughter auction, and she had been with us since 2015. She is a rockstar when hitched to her cart - she absolutely loves her job. As a riding horse, her wide back and gentle rocking motion soothes chaotic thoughts and energies, stretches tight muscles, and engages core muscles for better posture and balance. On the ground, Jasmine's willing attitude and gentle nature puts even the most fearful of guests at ease.

Gabby is our newest herd member. She is a Paso Fino, which means "fine step". She has a style all her own when she moves, and she's a joy to watch cross the pasture. Keeping with our mission and vision, Gabby is a resuce. She is a sweet soul who loves to be pampered with pets, scratches, and brushing. She has some health issues that keeps her from being ridden, but she has her place partnering with our guests on the ground.
