Professional Retreats
Instead of classroom-style lectures or motivational speakers with upbeat music and a lot of clapping and chanting, we facilitate professional learning and development through play with horses in a quiet, country setting. Our innovative retreats provide fun, hands-on experiential learning. All activities are on-the-ground (no riding), and horse experience is NOT required.
Researchers have found that information through lecture or reading results in only 20% of the information being retained past the first 24 hours. However, training that involves discussion and active participation saw participants retaining 90% of what they learned beyond the first 24 hours. Guests work together and with our horses in challenging and out-of-the-box scenarios to achieve better team building, communication, leadership, and office relationships.
Extreme Ownership
In this leadership retreat, business leaders and management, utilizing horse-guided activities, will practice the twelve principles of leadership that make up extreme ownership.

Your Herd, Your Term
Horse herds and business teams aren't very different. Everyone is needed; everyone has a job; everyone depends on each other to be successful. This team-building retreat builds on that by interacting with the horse herd and comparing their dynamic to your office-culture and finding opportunities for improvement.
Teams will engage with our horses in on-the-ground exercises that are lead by a certified professional coach and monitored by horse specialists for safety. This experience will focus on dynamics necessary for a positive work environment, which leads to improved productivity and employee retention:
